Care Practitioner
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes. Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning, movement of clients, securing and giving out medication carrying out general tasks like cleaning, laundry, and shopping

To ensure that the people we support receive the highest standard of outcome-based care whilst promoting the individuals’ wellbeing. They do this with sensitivity to preserve dignity, privacy, choice, independence, fulfillment, and rights of the people we support. To support Care Legacy to effectively manage and monitor the care practitioners in its entirety. To give the staff and clients we support the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.

Care Advisor
responsible for consulting with clients and determining their needs, developing care plans, coordinating client-care services, educating them about their condition, and working with the care officers to evaluate interventions.
